To install Win CASIE III, run InstallWC3.exe. You will be asked where you want to save the Win CASIE III, and whether you want a shortcut created on the Desktop.
Win CASIE III does not make any changes to your operating system and uninstalls cleanly.
It can be run from a hard drive, a zip drive, a thumb drive, or a CD (assuming the files created by Win CASIE III can be saved to a writable drive).
To run Win CASIE III, either use the shortcut on the Desktop or move to the folder containing the files and select the application WCASIE3, that is, WCASIE3.exe. Windows must first be updated by installing Microsoft's .NET Framework Version 1.1 or higher.
If, when you run Win CASIE III, you receive an Application error: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application", this means that the .NET Framework is not installed, so you need to update the Windows operating system. You must have Administrator privileges to update the operating system.

To upgrade Win CASIE III make sure it is not running and then overwrite the old Win CASIE III files with the upgraded Win CASIE III files.
To uninstall Win CASIE III, delete the folder containing the Win CASIE III files, and delete the shortcut on the Desktop.
